If there’s an option to give negative stars, I’d rate -5. Worst experience ever. Device stated as good as new but doesn’t work, customer service slow to respond causing me much frustration and distress. I am never coming back.

I bought a Samsung Note 10+ from them and choose EXCELLENT condition. I received phone with full scratches on screen. Dent at the corner. Think twice before buying. I regret buying from. Please stay away from them. Their ads all are Fake. Dont waste your money buying from them.

If you check previous reviews, they are either five star or one star, with only two exceptions of three and four star. This is exactly what you can expect. You get a cheap product. Either you win or lose. If you get a working decent mobile/tab, then you are happy with the deal. Highly likely that you may not get a working mobile/tab, then you lose all money spend. In my experience their support is pathetic.
Fist I purchased a Samsung mobile. This was working. So, I liked the idea and purchased second time. This time it went wrong. They listed the Samsung A7 tab and mentioned that this supports Nano SIM. However, they sent a tab that does not support any SIM card. Now this tab is a waste of money. I cannot use the tab. I feel scammed. Since then, until now I had 75 email exchanges with their support. Some responses are completely irrelevant. Some are out of context. They rarely reply to the point. I felt I am being harassed.
You may take risk and buy from them at your own risk. I have been writing them every day for last three weeks, without any luck. If you have endless time, effort, and money you can try this company. I cannot find any number to call them.
You are not likely to go to court to get justice for a cell phone or tab. That would be too much to get justice.
Only option left for me is possibly "small claim court Singapore". I have proof/evidence of all I have mentioned here. I can provide screen shot, email to support my point. However, it is too much to go to a court just to get back my money.
If you can go this this extent in case, you feel you are scammed/cheated then you can take the risk.

About 2 months ago, I decided to make an eco-friendly choice and ordered a refurbished black iPhone XS Max with 512GB of storage from CompAsia, hoping to save some money while helping the environment. However, my experience with them has been both frustrating and disappointing.
The problems started right away. My phone had charging issues from the moment I received it. After sending it back and waiting for another agonizing 2 weeks, I was shocked to find that the phone was in an even worse condition. The battery needed servicing, and to make matters worse, I couldn't use the Grab app on the phone because it was detected as jailbroken.
I reached out to CompAsia, hoping for a reasonable resolution. However, instead of offering a full refund, they insisted on sending a replacement. When the replacement phone finally arrived, it wasn't the same black iPhone XS Max I had originally ordered; it was a gold one. This whole thing is seriously a joke!
So I left a negative review about their service on Google, and soon after, someone from CompAsia called me after reading my negative review. He gave me the option to return the phone and get a full refund, which I did.
Now here's the thing: I've been waiting for my refund patiently and have only contacted them 2-3 times, but they have not replied to me. Even their customer service on WhatsApp takes such a long time to reply. They are really testing my patience by not responding to my refund requests.
Dealing with CompAsia has been incredibly irritating and disappointing. Despite being a repeat customer who has purchased many phones and laptops from them, this has been by far the worst purchase experience. I strongly advise against supporting this company, as their products and customer service have left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning as a customer.

"Delay in payment"
I have done trade in for iPhone 12 ProMax and IPhone 13 ProMax with CompAsia at Sunway Pyramid on 30/09/2023. The person promises the payment will be made by Monday which is 3/10/2023. But on Monday, they say something goes wrong with their finance department, say latest by 4/10/2023 afternoon will receive the payment, i waited until 7PM, I am yet to receive the payment and did a phone call to the shop. In the call, they finding themselves excuses again saying too much pending payment need to be done, by 7PM 5/10/2023 will be getting the payment.
What a terrible service is this, keep delaying the payment, yet the trade in price is so low. Guys, think twice before you do trade in with CompAsia.

I have purchased 2 devices from them.
1 in 2016 and another just 2 days ago.
I’m not the person who normally gives reviews but I have to say this company deserves it.
My 2016 purchase was excellent.
My recent purchase was 2 days ago and I have already received it today. Delivery was excellent.
The recent device was a iPhone XS and I purchased it in Good condition. Was expecting scratches and everything but when I opened it to say it’s literally a as new device, no scratches at all, battery health was a 100%. Im a technician myself and after reviewing the device there were no issues at all. Best purchase ever.

"Not professional, never qc their phone before send out to customer"
Purchase an iPhone 13 Pro from them, so called going throughly with QC and dtuff which I believe is totally bluff. Less than 1 month using the phone( screen will blank automatically only have sound) , send back for checking (luckily I do purchase warranty) manage to get my phone back yesterday but the condition is worst than before I send back for checking and change lcd screen( this is what the Cs told me) . I can't even set up my phone as the screen keep go blank what kind of disappointment. Never ever purchase from them.
FYI, their customer service is totally useless, you can't even call them and you only can get respond by email which is really really slow.

"AVOID"
AVOID! I needed a phone quickly and cheaply, I'm still waiting after 2 weeks. You want to save time and money, you end up losing both. Don't make the same mistake, don't give them your money.
1) I placed the order at 9.30am on a Wednesday and paid $13 for same day delivery. It arrived the following day at 7pm. Don't pay extra for quick delivery. They just make money off you.
2) The phone arrived as on the picture. Broken screen and unusable. Expect to be CompAsia's QC team.
3) They arrange a pick up and give the wrong address to the poor lalamove driver.- he shows me the details on his system! Then they blame him for messing it up. Don't be their partner. They make you look bad.
4) The customer service never offered a refund. They refused to refund the same day delivery charge too. They don't care about customers getting a good service and coming back, just covering their backs on one-off purchases.

I've Read so many bad reviews after I just ordered and was so very worried. But when the galaxy s22 ultra that I bought from Compasia arrived, its in excellent condition. No scratches or dents and all working fine. My husband loved it as I gave it to him as a gift.
