le scarpe sono arrivate rovinate ho mandato una mail ma le avevo pagate la metà volevo fare il reso ma le scarpe poi le avrei dovute pagare in più servizio scadente esperienza pessima

Devo dire che da anni acquisto su Luisa Via Roma: mai mi è capitata una esperienza così frustrante con il servizio clienti.
Ho dovuto attendere più di due settimane tra continue chiamate e solleciti perché mi venisse spedito un cambio articolo: fatalità la spedizione è partita il giorno dopo aver aperto una contestazione con Paypal.
Credo che abbiano dato in outsourcing il servizio di Customer Care, visto che ora non rispondono più dall'Italia: risposte evasive e nessuna indicazione su come risolvere la problematica. In futuro valuterò se acquistare ancora da loro, soprattutto durante i saldi

Below was the email that I sent on August 16, 2024 five minutes after I received my order .
“Hello!
I just received my order this evening. I wanted to bring to your attention that one of the pairs of shoes ( the heart embellishment black mach and Mach) arrived with the security tag, but it was not attached. There was no plastic Security attachment in the box like the other two pairs of shoes had. Although the shoe is clearly not worn as the bottoms are in pristine condition, I did not want this to affect me being able to return the shoe as it does not fit.
I can send pictures if need be.
Please advise.

With that being said, I have followed up with emails 8 more times with no response. I have tried calling. I have also sent an Instagram message AND Facebook DM. I’ve gotten no response ON ANY PLATFORM. I need to return the shoes. It is not my fault that there was no security tag on one of the shoes When I received them. The security tag is in the box, but there was no plastic attachment like the others shoes had. The shoes are in pristine condition. Everything is there. Nothing has been worn but they do not fit and I need to return them. All i needed to know was that it will be OK to return as I don’t want any issues when I go to return them while trying not run into issues with the 28 day limit.
So I would highly recommend not ordering from this site unless you were 100% confident everything will fit and that you don’t need to return anything.
