Paid extra for selected day delivery. Turned up 2 days late. Staff were unaware of problem until notified blaming it on their delivery company. No offer of refund of the extra money paid to select delivery day. I had to chase them to find out when delivery would actually occur despite them telling me they would sort it out and call me back.
