Ordered some paving slabs, I didnt see it was on back order so need to cancel it. I was told to pick something else or it will take 14 days to get my refund! Only took a second for me to pay you

Clearly marked was in your smallest type set! My mistake does not give you the right to start trying to sell me other products I dont want and then because you failed tell me it will be 2 weeks before I get my refund. Any company that give out incorrect information and are rude deserve 1 star. Now lets look for other places to warn people

"Can’t fault it really except a little discrepancy of information"
Can’t fault it really, good stock, good communication and helpful customer service. The only thing why I haven5 scored 5 stars is a little discrepancy on delivery. On main website it says delivery will be done by a truck with tail lift etc including pictures of a typical lorry delivering it. Well, when you get a confirmation email after you have purchased it then it says you should be equipped with unloading equipment/plant due to very heavy load. I have contacted customer service and a proper truck turned up with a tail lift. But this is something it should always be provided...who has a tele-handler or a forklift at home?? so a bit of confusion there but other than that all good thanks

Poor customer services - emailed them twice and they never responded. Items were broken on delivery and driver would not wait for me to check them.

Dreadful delivery. Promised 3 times and even the last time was not in the time envelope promised. Appalling response from the director. Inaccurate in his facts and taking no responsibility for the bad service
