Absolute Frechheit! Versprochen wurde eine Lieferzeit von 1-2 Wochen, geliefert wurde nach 4 Wochen noch immer nicht und auch eine Kontaktaufnahme ist über keine Weg möglich.
1200€ für einen Bürostuhl und ein Service unter aller Sàu! Finger weg!

"False advertising"
I bought a Herman Miller Embody Gaming chair from DesignCabinet. I received a regular Embody chair, which doesn't have the reinforced padding of the gaming version. I immediately contacted support, only to be told I had received the chair I ordered. After additional emails, it became clear that they don't have the Embody Gaming chair despite advertising it on their website. Don't fall for this scam!

No reply or update until August 16 , when we already called them to update us on order.
Update was next week we will ship your order , today August 29 they tell us we will ship your order by end of next week.. What it the point to tell client that they have available stock in warehouse? and show the video on youtube , and they tell you need to wait for 4 weeks we need to prepare your order ?

"Cannot get in contact with them, have been waiting over 2 months for an item"
I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them for an order placed 2.5 months ago that has not been shipped. At first they said it would be shipped a month later, that date passed. Then I reached out again and they said it would be shipped in a couple of weeks, that date passed. Now I cannot get ahold of them, I have called numerous times and sent an email over a week ago - silence. The number you call is an answering service, they are not actually connected to the company. The website shows the item is in stock so I am not sure why it has not been shipped out.
I would avoid buying from this company since they are so difficult to get ahold of.

"Kontaktaufnahme unmöglich"
Ich habe zwei Artikel bestellt und bezahlt. Ein Artikel wurde geliefert, der andere als lieferbar in 2 Wochen versprochen.
Die Lieferung des zweiten Artikels erfolgte auch nach 4 Wochen noch nicht. Bei Anrufen landet man immer in einem Call-Center, dessen Mitarbeiter sich selbst als menschlicher Anrufbeantworter bezeichnen und nicht mehr machen können, als einen Rückruf zu versprechen, der selbstverständlich nie stattfindet.
Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur, weil der gelieferte Artikel meinen Erwartungen entspricht und die Lieferung problemlos war.

"Bought a new Aeron chair with damaged…"
Bought a new Aeron chair with damaged plastic below mesh seating, also arm rest back plate leaving damage marks while adjusting height, two screws that are below the seating were loose and left arm rest was loosen than the other. Seating post not firm but a bit loosen. When contacted Service they offer me 50€ discount or refund when return the chair, saying they don´t have same exact model on storage to replace it!! I don´t know how is that customer service HM standards!
