"Buying was ok support was difficult to get"

My buying expreince went fine. Seemd like the payment was bit outdated or to focused on busniess not private.

Since i have had a issue with my chair where the cylinder is touching and scratching the ground. Multiple inquiries till this day have gone unconfirmed and with no response. The only Phone line they have is sales.

Overall it was okay, but i regret not buying something of this value at a store where they care about there customers and not the one off cashflow

Edit: 17.11.22 managing to finally get in touch with support. After some troubles of the wrong parts being send i finally managed to repair it myself with the supplied parts. Shipping and parts where free of charge which was big +

"Fast and reliable"

Ordered a fully loaded Herman Miller Aeron on a Monday and got it delivered at my door in Stockholm on Friday morning, just wow on the delivery speed!

But I also payed much less than I would in a swedish store for the same model, so I would definitely recommend DesignCabinet for those looking to buy a Miller chair.

The chair came almost fully assembled with a carboard box and with a egg packet style under the box for extra protection.

"Avoid if you can..."

Avoid if you can... Well, I got the chair. A 1300 euro chair! I lived in Berlin so it was easy... Then I needed to move to Spain... They did not send a box with the chair, okay that's fine. I ask if they can ship the chair for me to Spain. I get a response saying yes of course... then a couple days later, after I had already moved I get a response saying "nevermind, its not possible". I ask if they can at least send me the box for the chair so my girlfriend can send it through UPS at an enormous cost (additional ~220 euros). They replied saying "No, we can't give you the box, but we will give you a refund of 20 euros... HAH... Thanks... The box alone will cost more than that. For a 1300 euro chair, I expect some customer service... or at least for them to be able to give me what I have already payed for...

Excellent service, swift delivery within a week of Herman Miller work chair to Ireland. This was a complicated procedure with other sellers due to Brexit (customs levy) or uneven distribution within Europe. With DesignCabinet it was all wholly unproblematic, and the chair was delivered to my door assembled and ready to go. I'm delighted, and so is my back. Danke, Berlin!

Aeron Miller chair neu mit 12 Jahren Garantie bei designcabinet in Berlin gekauft. Nach 3 Jahren müsste ich den Stuhl zur Garantie einschicken. Als der Stuhl zurück kam war ich sehr unzufrieden. Er knarzte die Sitzfläche wackelt und die Öldruckfeder hat sich verabschiedet. Nun ist auch noch mein ganzer Teppich versaut. Nach mehreren Telefonaten hat sich niemand gemeldet. Es ruft einfach niemand Zurück. Das große Garantie versprechen von Miller wird bei designcabinet nicht gelebt. Ich bin verwundert über so eine Handhabung eines Garantie Falles.👎👎👎👎👎👎nie wieder.

"Elendig kundeservice efter levering"

Købsprocessen var ganske fin, men efterfølgende er kundeservice helt umulig at komme i kontakt med. Jeg købte en refurbished Aeron, der mere var i brugt stand end refurbished. Jeg har været nødt til at gå stolen igennem selv for at rense gamle pletter af(!), smøre skruerne og justere beslagene, så stolen holdt op med at knirke. Jeg prøvede at komme i kontakt med deres kundeservice af mange omgange, men intet svar.

"Low quality useless casters from DesignCabinet.biz"

Product review.
Bought Steelcase Leap v2 Hard Floor casters and they only features silent gliding. However I bought Soft Casters for hard floor to remove movement while sitting and they don't do anything at all. At all, I mean by saying this, they are not working.

The only reason i bought these for 30EUR because i hesitated to pay 110EUR for original manufacturer product.
