I was lucky enough to be the winner of a free front door with AWR.
Despite having a free service, the team were incredibly attentive start to finish.
We decided to pay a little bit to get the panelling done at the side as well as it's not something we could really afford to do as a whole down the line.

Greatly appreciated for the booking team, quotes team, lovely lad who fitted it and Luke from the media team who all clearly care about what they do.

The quality is also fab, really proud of my new door!

Certainly one of the best companies I have dealt with regarding replacement double glazing. From initial contact through Salesforce, head office to fitters everyone has been extremely helpful, polite and definitely not pushy or demanding in any way.
Products are very well made and the installation clean and efficient.

We had AWR install 11 windows and both a front and back door, the two installers were polite, industrious guys who explained exactly how the job would be done, and did exactly that. The level of professionalism was very high and the care they took to reduce any mess was high. Unfortunately there was two windows which had cracks, but these were replaced within 3 working days again by a very polite guy. Good company to deal with.NN8298

"Awful customer service and poor quality products"

I strongly advise against buying windows from All Weather Roofline. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First, they arrived unprepared for installation despite being informed well in advance about potential delays due to pavement works. This led to an extended and highly inconvenient installation period. To make matters worse, they made an error with the lintel, which significantly disrupted the project and resulted in additional costs and inconvenience on my end. Although they acknowledged the mistake and waived the extra cost, the overall impact on the project was severe.

Furthermore, the installation team left scuff marks on my walls and dirty footprints on my new carpets. Despite providing photographic evidence and requesting remedial action, these issues remain unresolved.

The most frustrating part has been the ongoing issues with my windows. Despite calling them six weeks ago and being repeatedly assured that someone would come out, no one has shown up at the agreed times. Twice they turned up unannounced at 9am instead of the agreed time of 2-4pm, and three times they promised to arrive first thing in the morning but never did. Each time I took a day off work and called throughout the day, only to have the time pushed back until the engineer finally called to cancel.

Post-installation, the quality of the windows along with the customer service have been very poor. They really couldn’t be any slower to respond to queries or concerns. There has been issues with seals breaking, water leaking in through the windows and now a piece of glass has suddenly cracked by itself. It takes weeks nearly months for engineers to come out and inspect. Decided it was easier to get window repair people over who charge fairer prices and give better quality service.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and I felt that the windows were overpriced and low on quality. Save yourself the headache and avoid All Weather Roofline, I wish I did.

From ordering to fitting of my front door, all processes were carried out efficiently. I cannot fault their customer service. All staff I met were passionate about their roles, skilful and respectful.
Sadly, in today's world, such service is rare.
I would definitely use AWR again.

We had All weather roofline to give us a quote and install new doors. They kept us upto date with installation date. We were given either morning or afternoon appointment. They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
The doors look amazing and the guys were brilliant. I could not fault them, I would definitely recommend them.
