The new gutters look good and seem to have coped well with recent heavy rain. I was a bit miffed that the scaffolding was left in place for a week after the job was completed. A neighbour has expressed concern that the gutters have not been "capped off" but has not been up to look and I suspect he is being "advised" by a local contractor who did not get the job.

Company rang to rearrange today's appt for new front door. They asked that both homeowners were needed to be present. I explained I organise work myself and dont need my husband to be there. Appointment mutually cancelled. Odd behaviour.

No issues with the fitters, two great lads, job done quickly and miniumum mess. Only reason 4 stars is no one contactable at your head office on a weekend. Lads doing the job arrived approx 10am, but as I hadnt been given a time I was chasing at 9am with no one available for an update. Otherwise all good.

Absolutely on time, work was very good and the windows made an instant difference, both aesthetically and thermally. Unfortunately the mess left behind stopped me giving 5 stars as screws in carpets and the lawn are not appealing.

Wouldn’t bother! A rep came round to my home yesterday told my partner that he couldn’t do the quote if I wasn’t there aswell by law. Left work 2.5 hours early he came in our house was talking for ages about the company etc. I asked him to please measure the windows to give us a quote. The rep said right I’ll go outside and measure the first bay window so I don’t disturb the furniture and then I can go up and measure upstairs. Only for him to waste our time walk out of the house to “measure” ring someone get in his car and drove off!! Waste of time.

Keep being contacted by AWR - Desperate to do our windows - 3 different quotes received in 18 months - we've explained numerous times how the bad consistent reviews of this company have lost the sale to us, yet they just keep calling in desperation to re-quote us. AVOID!

Keep being contacted by AWR and they put the phone down when I explain I am still waiting for a replacement glass for my front door and that I have further issues with cracks in walls around the window they have installed. Now we also have brickwork coming away from my house surrounding the front door they installed which I have been told today is due to improper installation. Doubt they will get in touch....unless it is to try and sell me something else...!!! Steer clear of this company!!! Useless in all areas!!!!!!
