Contacted this company to quote for new windows, visit promptly booked in for 2 days time which was great but went completely downhill from there
A man called David visited and i’m someone who hates the longwinded hard sell so when he vocalised that’s not how he works I was initially pleased but he took it this to a whole new level, he rushed from window to window scribbled his name and a quote on a piece of scrap paper all within 5 minutes of arriving ???? I asked did he have a window sample for me to look at or pictures of windows he was quoting on at which he replied no I don’t which blew my mind to be honest as who would buy somethings they haven’t seen?? as he rushed out of the door he said he could send pictures by e-mail the next day, 2 days later I texted him to request pics but didn’t even get the respect of a reply which I feel is so unprofessional

"Customer after care poor. Failure to make good on promises made on phone calls to Head Office"

We have had a new front door, patio doors, upstairs windows and soffits and guttering done by AWR and their representatives. The goods installed look good and the tradesmen have been polite, courteous and gone about their business professionally: one staying on until 1830 to finish work (which admittedly he had made a mistake with).
However, the front door was supplied with a lock barrel that lacked a thumb turn on the inside. The surveyor who inspected the works admitted the fault, even saying that on H&S grounds the lock should not have been supplied as such.
I was disappointed that an oversite like was made and doubly so as I had rang the lock makers, Ultion, whose information was left with the new doors, and ordered extra keys for the front door from them, at extra cost, on the day of the installation.
Having spoken to Ultion and found out that locks and keys are coded, I was happy that a new thumb turn lock could be supplied to match the keys I had already purchased. With this knowledge, I then tried to make contact with AWR via telephone.
This proved much harder than I thought it would be, as designated “Option 1, available from 9am to 6pm”, was not. It took many calls and pressing many different options to get through to someone, who transferred me to someone else, who listened, said they would get back to me, and never did.
In the mean time, the bedroom
windows were replaced with the error mentioned above sorted on the day of installation, yet the windows arrived without the security keys they were meant to have.
Again much time spent on the phone, selecting different options to get through to a chap on Friday 4th October. He listened, apologised, said he’d organise for the window keys to arrive with a representative who would also have the new thumbturn lock barrel for the front door, which would match my pre-existing keys.
The representative arrived on the day stated. The new window keys were with him, but not the lock barrel to match my keys: new lock, different keys.
More time spent going through Option tennis to get to an operative who stated that the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and would ring me directly. They never.
More telephone option button pushing and I got to speak to a chap called Blake. I explained the whole saga to him and that in the meantime, I had spoken again to Ultion, who answer the phones, and that in order to expedite matters, I need an email from AWR as proof of the transfer of locks and then Ultion can sort it at their end. Blake assured me that he would send me the required email by the end of business yesterday. The email did not arrive.
I am more than a little put out by the seemed lack of care and failure to follow through with stated intentions from the staff at Head Office.
I await a reply from AWR.

From home visit (survey) to measurement to installation, we can't say anything else but job well done! Everyone who came to our property was friendly and all happily answered our questions. The installers did an amazing job and left our property clean. They went above our expectations.
It's a shame we can't put their names down, we forgot! But thank you gentlemen. We can't wait to have our gutters done in the near future.

"Minimum fuss maximum expertise "

The job was done with a minimum of fuss and great expertise. The room is noticeably warmer and the patio doors and window look great.
An extra phone call or email a day or two before the work was happening would help the experience.

Hi, well the two young guys we had to fit our Patio doors on time, were very polite, they did an excellent job in removing the old doors and fitting the new, and they also tidied up after the job was complete. and yes I would recommend ALL WEATHER ROOFLINE for a job well done....... Thanks, lads for all your hard work.

"The workers were great"

The workers were great and helped me sort something out. There was confusion with the surveyor, with me assuming that the door would be like for like and not outside opening

I was phoned before the man arrived to install my new door, he was polite and efficient and cleared up any mess made. He found that a crack was in the window pointed it out to me and said that the full bill didn't need to be paid until this was replaced this was carried out the following week

Had new bay window and composite door installed today, fantastic work for start to finish even with the awful rain we had today, very impressed, the lads cleaned up after themselves, couldn't even tell they had been, highly recommended
