Smashing! Finished Windows fitted to perfection, doors immaculate and prestine , very professional and helpful in the sales department, the cost was reasonable for the quality of the products displayed, i have work still to do on our property i think i will definately give them a call in the future.

Absolutely disgraceful company, I gave them a deposit cash because a salesman said I,m been accepted for finance, but got an email a day later saying that it had been declined. So I asked for my deposit back,but seem to keep getting fobbed off.This company are the absolute real example of rouge traders.I advice anyone wanting new windows or doors to avoid like the plague. A warning to them I will be contacting the police if I don't get my deposit back.

10 months since I ordered a conservatory replacement. Still got rain running down the walls. They can’t even get the door handle the right colour. Numerous fitting issues. Total lack of response or interest. Suggested they keep the deposit and I will employ someone else to refit the bodge job. Still no response. I see there are no follow up responses other than asking for a PCN. PCN DN8790.

Dreadful .........
Had a new composite door fitted with side panel.
The side panel that came did not match the interior door colour. The door itself seems well made unfortunately I am unable to close it without extreme force. To rectify these problems I have to be available between 8.30/4pm AGAIN. The following week !!
Given I've already been burglared and now I have a door that's not good for purpose.

After two push backs, when he arrived on the 11th, he proceeded to put the door in, he was clean and efficient. Door looks great
