I recently ordered a suit from this company and needed to exchange it due to size issues. Despite raising an exchange request on their website, I have received no response whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. It feels like a fraudulent company. I strongly advise against purchasing from them to avoid wasting your money.

UPDATE - I tried as suggested by ETHENIKA below in message. It still does not work. No calls, no message or email regarding return. My order no. is 92074. I am equipped with all tools and legal aid. If returned is not scheduled, I will take action.

UPDATE 2 - It is not working. Kindly schedule an size exchange of XL from your side and drop me an email.

Update 3: I have not received any response from the seller. If an exchange is not scheduled within the next few days, I am prepared to seek legal assistance and take further action.
