"The worst buying experience I've ever had!"
I ordered a kayak from this company, paid for it immediately, then received an email an hour or so later saying the kayak I ordered was not in stock and a refund was being issued to me in 3-5 days. 18 days later, no refund. I filed a case with PayPal for my refund with the email they sent me as proof. Instead of simply giving me a refund that is LONG overdue right now, they upload fraudulent tracking information on the order that was never in stock and send that fraudulent tracking information to PayPal to stall the case and possibly get the case denied in their favor! I have screenshots of all the fraud and deceptive stunts this company has pulled in order to get away with not giving me a refund for an item they never had in stock in the first place!!!!! Give me my refund or I will escalate this case to the BBB!!

Item was never in stock and then, once I opened a claim with PayPal, tracking information was uploaded for the order that was never in stock and was supposedly being refunded? That tracking number you gave PayPal was for another purchase I made from you criminals, two separate orders, on two different days with two different order ID numbers and you put the same tracking number from the item you did ship on the item you never had in stock and never shipped?? And you think nobody noticed that? I'm pretty sure that's fraudulent and illegal!
Update: Escalated case to the better business bureau, after two months of fighting for a refund, I was finally refunded. Worst experience with a seller I've ever had in my 12 years on eBay!!

I ordered a jump o lenee on Monday,tracked it and it said it should be here by Saturday,I was like wow thats fast,Friday got here I tracked it and it said it was delivered at 1230pm called & emailed them just to get im sorry the shipper said it was delivered and you signed for it,still fighting with these people just to get a item I paid for,such a scam no help what so ever,call your credit card company like thats not the answer 🤔

Bought a pool from them that we had to return. We got the run around for a couple of days and after a week of calling and what not, we got a pickup date. Charged us nearly $300 to get have it returned and send us an email saying we have to put it on a pallet and if we don't have a pallet to put this 318lbs pool on, to pretty much go find one or they won't take it back. Why are we paying $300 when we have to practically do all the work ourselves?

Shopping online at Walmart. Looking for the Reliance 7 Gallon water container that I could not find in the store. I ended up purchasing the only one that I could find on the web site which was on sale for ONLY $59.98 for two of them. I FELL FOR THE SCAM when they are only $14.95 each when you buy them at Walmart. NO Luck trying to cancel or return the order. VERY UPSET that Walmart would support this scam by selling the product through their website.

This morning, July 14, 2020, I saw an item they had listed for sale on eBay, an Autel MaxiLink ML619 Vehicle Diagnostic Scanner Tool. Their long description stated that it would work with my vehicles but I learned later that it would require a software update immediately upon delivery. I realized this item was not what they had described. I immediately sent a cancellation request. The item was ordered at 8:58 AM and confirmed by them at 9:04 AM. The cancel request was sent at 9:39 AM but they refused to cancel stating they had shipped it already!! There own shipping transaction shows that they only created a label in order to state it was shipped and deny the cancellation. Do they expect anyone to believe the item was en route to me in less than 45 minutes? I have contacted eBay, which is part of the problem as they apparently give these people a trusted rating even though they have a ridiculous amount of negative and neutral ratings. I contacted Paypal as well. All of this was done before these people could have possibly shipped the item as they stated. The email they sent me telling me the cancel request was denied had any link to them blocked from me! I can only hope that eBay and Paypal put an end to this companies horrible practices. So now they are trying to blame eBay denying they ever got the cancellation request! The more I hear from these people, the more I am convinced they have no integrity and will lie about anything and everything. Does anyone believe they will actually refund my money under any circumstances or will they just come up with another lie to keep it as they have done to most of you? I am going to push both eBay and Paypal to stop this company from continuing to run these scams with their knowledge. This company is the exact reason people are afraid to deal with eBay because they apparently cannot be controlled.
I have the email from eBay sent at 9:39 AM that I wanted to cancel the order and that they were notifying the sender WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DID. THIS COMPANY RESPONDED TO EBAY THAT THEY COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER AS THEY HAD SHIPPED IT ALREADY. Who are they trying to convince that what they have done is ethical in any way? I am partially blaming eBay for this as first, they MUST be aware of this companies reputation, and second, they are allowing them to continue to do it to hundreds of customers. I will continue to ask eBay why they are shielding this group that has a long history of using this shipping scam to hurt eBay's customers.
By the way, the eBay ad stated "FREE 1-3 DAY DELIVERY WITH HASSLE-FREE, 30-DAY RETURNS!"
I have no confidence in their statements they will refund all my money hassle-free when all they had to do in the beginning was not force a shipment on an item they knew should be canceled. They sent it out after the cancel request knowing I would be forced to go this route and making it as difficult as possible to get a refund, certainly not hassle-free. It's the way they operate.
Here are the shipping details as detailed by VMInnovations shipper, Laser Ship. As you can see, the label was created at 9:08 AM in order for VMInnovations to use the "shipped' already scam they have a sordid history of using to perpetuate their shady business practices and evade eBay issues. Does anyone believe they then ran the package to the shipper before receiving the request to cancel from eBay 31 minutes later. Apparently not because the shipper did not scan the package into their facility until 3:33 PM, 6 hours later. It was at VMInnoavtions for quite sometime before they sent it to the shipper. C'mon eBay, pay attention to these dishonest practices. 1,333 negative feedback ratings in one year for your trusted seller!!!

Do not buy from this company. We ordered an intex inflatable boat for a camping trip. A FedEx tracking number was sent but the item never arrived. I was first told by FedEx that the item may have been lost, but then it was miraculously found 2 weeks later. It was to be reshipped out. I received an email yesterday staying that I needed to contact FedEx to give them more information so they could deliver my item. I called FedEx and they told me I need to contact the shipper because the shipper had contacted them to say the wrong item was shipped. The help phone number is never answered. It always says we are currently closed despite the fact that I am calling during the listed helpline hours on their website. It seems like this is a scam. Some reviews seem okay but perhaps they oversell the items and only a small percentage of people actually get what they order while they hold everyone else's money.
I have sent multiple emails and have received some responses but they often don't address my actual questions. I sent another email today asking for a refund as the item clearly doesn't exist or was not actually sent to us. As it appears someone from the company always responds to negative reviews on this site, we thought writing a review may be our best way to get a response from them. We would like a full refund as we never received the item we paid for.
