We do apologise that you did not receive your free steak upon your collection as you should have received it and we also do apologise that you have had to cancel the orders. On the day, the orders were cancelled and the refund was processed back onto your JJ Account instead of back onto your card, we have now contacted our Credit Control Department to get the refund for your orders to be processed back onto your card. This will be processed by us today however, depending on your bank it will take up to 3-5 working days.
Again, we apologise for the inconveniences caused upon your collection. If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us.

i have made another complaint to my card company . i have told them that this is now stolen by you ...
not only do your company send scam emails , but you then cant do a simply refund .. when you over charge a customer ...
i can never buy from your company again ....for sending scam email , not doing refund ... and worst of all lack of customer service . it was so simply just give me another pack of steak to cover the over charge . which was £3.98. but no common sense.
you have wasted hours of my time . when this could have sorted by you in minutes .

Hi , we have been using jj for more than a decade, but recently the perdigao Brazilian chicken breast seem like has a lot of water in it, its rubbery and doesn't cook properly, it used to be the best chicken around

"Customer service is appalling"
Customer service is appalling. Most products are ok but the fresh produce is awful. i have purchased fresh chicken breast fillets on two occasions and they have been off before their use by date. If you call them about any problems you have with produce, their response is always that you should have contacted them at the point of delivery or within 24hrs. How are you supposed to know that the produce is off until you come to use it ?? They're ok for tinned goods and soft drinks etc but steer clear of anything fresh.

Today I have received delivery and I’m really pleased with the service received. The driver was Pedro and his companion. They were very polite, excellent customer service. I was amazed. Everything ok with the goods as well. Perfect!

Great idea being able to collect as well as delivery. We have a small iffice so only wanted a few bits and were only around the corner. Staff were polite. The process was easy. Will be using jj's again

Absolutely shocking will never buy again, full of sinew and gristle certainly not the usual quality you would expect, no meat on them. Frozen in a lump probably to hide how bad they were
After reaching out to JJ Food told nothing they can do, no apology nothing! Replied on my review to get in touch, clearly they don't communicate or read reviews properly as i've already been in touch! I'll let my feet do the talking, much better suppliers out there
