"Very bad customer relation"

Very bad customer relation. I made an order while self isolating and feeling poorly with corona virus symptoms. When it arrives ny husband unpacked it and there was 5 kg of aubergines that were completely brown and rotten and also 5 packs of halloumi cheese that stank when we opened one. All this ended up in a bin. After 5 days when I was feeling strong enough, I emailed JJ Food and they replied that because ' too long time passed from the delivery day' they are unable to give me a refund! 5 days is not a long time and it doesn't change the fact that the produce was already bad when packed and delivered. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

"People at the counter are rude"

People at the counter are rude. Even after paying online and given a time slot they still took a further 45 mins.

"Very bad customer service.."

Ordered 4 kg of chicken breast and when open the pack it was very smiley. Called the customer service and inform them. They told me they will give me just half the price refund cause I only have the pic of chicken. They need packet as well very funny. Wish can give them 0 start. Don't buy from them.

"Two orders over two weeks and both…"

Two orders over two weeks and both delivered as promised. One item was out of stock but immediately credited at the front door. Slight surprise as the website picks up out of stock items but offers substitutes online that you can decide on immediately.
Food was excellent - fish, meat, lentils, flour, soft drinks and cleaning products are cleaning products (in my world).
Website is obviously geared to wholesale but so what - it works.
Prices very competitive.

"Shocking Customer Service!!!"

Shocking Customer Service!!!

Do not order from them!

Ordered over £200 pounds worth of food and found that 2 boxes of my apples were rotten. Only half of 1 box was decent enough to eat.

Called customer service and was told to email images which I did. Got a reply saying they will only refund me half a box of 1 box meaning I paid £6.99 for nothing!!!

Absolutely shocking that I’ve gone through so many people yet they ignored me and going against my word!

Without doubt the worst company you will ever use, avoid to avoid disappointment, plenty of other companies doing exactly the same and in most cases cheaper.

"Great experience When Things Go Right, Poor Customer Service When They Don't"

Great experience!

In the middle of the virus pandemic while supermarkets were running out of stock and had no delivery slots, JJ were EXCELLENT.

Ordered fresh vegetables, the prices were competitive and the quality was excellent...

The driver arrived on time and was friendly and helpful.

I'll continue to use JJ after the current situation has improved. :)

UPDATE: When things are ok JJ are great... but when things go wrong their customer service is dire. Refunds are a fight and when finally agreed you have to constantly chase to actually receive them. I've now stopped using JJ as a result of poor customer services.

Reply from JJ customer service team received within 12 hours confirming all was good.
Order delivered on 31.03.2020 as booked and within timed slot.
