"Worst delivery service and customers service"

A good selection of items but delivery service is probably the worst I’ve experienced in my life, it’s so out dated. Time slots have no meanings customers service will give false information. I called up was told he’s on his way now to you 1 hours later nothing I call up, Lena says she’ll call the driver and get right back. 3 hours later I call again Lena saying I can’t get through so there was no point calling you back and I don’t know anything. The websites will say a time within your slot and then randomly change the time by 4 hours this service is the worst. Other companies have a map and contact with driver this is terrible if it weren’t for the fact the items are decent I would have deleted my account.

Just be careful when you order box of meat they are over charge. Small amounts of meat in a extra large box. Meat is 6.7 kg box is 1.2 kg. This is expensive meat so you can imagine how much is the box.

Ordered for delivery, arrived on time from a friendly delivery driver. Orderd various things from burgers to cake. Everyone enjoyed. Will order again

Mark our Rep was passing and came into see us, amazing spent alot of time with us nothing was to much trouble. Prices what can I say matched and lower alot lower than other suppliers we have used, at the moment this company know and understand how businesses are trying to make ends meet. Easy ordering online, you get messages all tracked and when your drivers are 10 mins away. Drivers were amazing help put packages away again nothing too much trouble I would give 10 stars, will carry on using. Thankyou
