Well, I had issue on verification of my account, and i really really struggled to verify due to the fact that they requested a lost of documents.
Once i was done with the verification i had issues with the withdraw.
Its the worst broker ever.
Withdraw through crypto takes 24 Hrs.
And the worst thing is VaultMarket have the worst customer support on whatsapp.
I do not recommend this broker.
Also once you execute your trade, your trade opens 4 to 5 pips below the actual bid or ask line. When you ask them about it they say they are improving theire service, how can you improve your service while putting your customers money at risk.??
Its the worst broker, please and please do not trade with this broker.
And for that i give 1 Star, but I'd rather give them zero stars.
Its the worst of the worst.
