Worst broker to come out of south Africa..customer service is non existent..emails are responded to after 6-7days
Even after using a payment gate way in their website you still have to email them proof of payment

They are worst in service. I was simply adding a new bank account to my trading profile. and still today my profile is pending unapproved. i tried their wattsapp chat im still waiting for someone to help me. their virtual assistant not user friendly. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! MY MONEY IS STUCK CANT WITHDRAW BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL BUSY TO ATTEND TO CUSTIMER NEEDD OF APPROVING ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER UPLOADING ALL MY FICA DOCS A HUNDRED TIMES!!!!!.
