"Not processing withdrawals"

This broker is very shady, they said they don't allow EA, I requested my withdrawal, and I provided the information and documents they requested, yet they didn't process my withdrawal. Always telling me to respond to an email that they will end up not responding to again or process. My funds are still stuck with this broker, they will ask you to contact them via mail yet they will ask you to await a response from their finance department for over a month now.

"Deposit disappeared"

I made a Deposit and it went through on my side but a month later the money has not showed up on my trading account, after asking for help i just get referred to diffrent departments who juat ask for bank statements etc. After sending them from the email adress linked to my bank account they still wont give me the money im just glad it was a small ammount this time but i would not recommend a broker that manages to lose your deposits randomly and then expect me the client to do all the work to try find the money again 0/10 please dont bother contacting me or give me another email adress from another department i am done

"Vaultmarkets is a pain"

Vaultmarkets doesn't pay affiliation commission as promised.
There is no customer care.
I am referred to their help email all the time. I wrote them mail on the 10 of June. No reply to date.
I have written to their IBspecialist on the same date, no reply.
The call desk says they are escalating my questions but week in week out, no response.
My affiliates are trading, yet my IB Area show no activity.
Their MT4 investor access are not working. This is to block me from seeing what's happening with my affiliates account. I think we are trading against vaultmarket
No one is interested to assist at Vaultmarkets. I honestly wonder why they are opening for business?

I have had a very bad experience with them, I opened an account 2days ago and they asked me to deposit funds which I did. After the deposit they asked for verification docs, which I submitted. Then I realized after taking my money and docs they said they that I could not trade as my documents (which I also use in my banks) are NOT accepted. So I told them I would to withdraw, now they asked me to certify my full residential address by a lawyer, to certify my ID and also my mobile statement as I had paid by Mpesa and would like by Mpesa the refund. They also demanded my bank details! All to be certified by my lawyer. After submitting all the above today they are saying they cannot accept my documents and that they cannot refund my money because my documents are not certified as they would like!!!In short they do not pay back to people they money! Be careful to open accounts with companies like this.....

My money was accepted before complete verfication. I live in Ireland so the only way to get my money out is via a Bitcoin account which I opened and I withdrew my money. I have tried for weeks to get my money and even the complaints process is dodgy. Stay as far away from this company as possible. The company should not allow you to be able to deposit money before being fully verified. They don't tell you all the withdraw options until you suddenly realise the effort you have to go through to get your money out. I would recommend only people from South Africa or the named African countries use them. From any other country, you will have issues because they don't accept your bank but you can use your Visa card to deposit. The response from Vault Markets should be said before you deposit form a foreign account.

"100% Scammers"

100% Scammers, it was very easy for me to deposit via crypto, but to withdraw they are asking for a bank statement that has nothing to do with crypto, they are asking for a screenshot of my wallet showing my name, and the Exchance I use does not show my full name, only user. Anyway, stay far away from these scammers disguised as Broker.

For clients outside South Africa they will tell you they only make withdrawals using Bitcoin.

offer stolen products like synthetic indices which belong to another broker and advertising them as their own. redistributing them without permission resulting to horrible feed with gaps. A regulator should seriously be involved and shut them down for good.
