"My deposit did not reflect"

My deposit did not reflect. They say they are tracing the payment but I know they are lying. It reflects on my dashboard transactions history and status is “under review”. Since when did deposits go under review yet they say it should reflect immediately. They are a scam

What a horrendous broker, the following prices are used as an example since I can’t remember the actual numbers.

I am busy looking at my charts, I see the that the bid price is 1.06780 and the ask price is 1.06790, this can be seen visually on the chart, I take a market execution order and I’m filled in at 1.06700 like what the actual f*** then I see that my bid is actually at 1.06700 and my ask is at 1.0800 how the f*** does it show me that it’s one thing when it’s actually something else?

Then I email them asking why this happened (on multiple occasions) and their reasoning was that it is the markup to handle the liquidity and so forth never mind the fact that that’s exactly what spread (the bid and ask) is for.


Stay away from these people, it’s a joke of a broker, go with literally any other broker and you’ll be better off. Vault markets is a broker that doesn’t even know how markets work.

"NOT ISSUING OUT WITHDRAWS AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I made a withdraw with just a small amout on 10th January 2024 through Bitcoin, However the upto now the broker hasn't sent out the money. Tried contacting their customer service live chat they keep issuing different statments, with no Clear explanation why the broker isn't paying out the Funds.

its my first time requesting a withdraw with this broker, but with the many negative reviews from many clients on trust pilot and other platforms. I feel justified to call them a SCAM BROKER!! STAY AWAY VAULT MARKERTS.

"Not allowed to take profits"

Price has reached and moved past my TP level and the trade did not automatically close. (It was not a high volume or low volume scenario as spreads were normal).

I subsequently tried to manually close my trade and the broker did not allow me to do so. Consequently I lost cash relative to the full target. When contacting customer support, they randomly respond with unrelated issues as if it answers the question and solves the issue.

I was a loyal customer for 2 years and now this. I immediately withdrew all my capital and suggest everybody do the same to avoid these ****s. I also prompted all my mentees to liquidate from Vault Markets.

"Dont Trade Forex With VaultMarkets"

I opened an account with Vaultmarkets last Month (October 2023) to trade Forex.
When I took my 1st Position, they slipped me with 2 pips ontop of a 2 pips Spread and have been slipped over 1000 pips combined since i scalp and Daytrade. Basically they have an invisible Spread, (A Spread ontop of a Spread) which does not allow me to get tagged at my price (Both Market Execution/Orders or Limits and My Stoploss and Take Profit). When they hit my stop, I lose more because they WILL Slip you no matter how big your account. When you Reach TP they WILL Slip you negatively.

This is Vaultmarkets M.O. It seems they try to take advantage of your trades no matter how well you trade. It only seems to affect their Forex Pairs. It's true they don't charge commission but now I know how they make up for that difference. They Have the Worst Forex Trading Conditions I have ever Experienced.

Yesterday I couldn't take it anymore so I decided to post this review. You can take my word for it or experience it yourself.
