THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE!!
I was under the impression I was purchasing a one off dog training plan at a discounted price of £19.99, not signing up for a subscription.
There was no mention of a subscription and further charges when I paid. I didn't even receive a confirmation email or any further correspondence from Doggy Plan after purchasing. I didn't think too much about this, but then a month later I've been charged a further £49.99 with no warning of a subscription renewal.
This is massively breaching consumer laws. I've emailed complaining about the experience and requesting a refund but I'm just getting scripted, incredibly unhelpful replies.
I've requested a refund through PayPal and praying they come through. So annoyed!!!

Wish I’d read reviews first. It’s a scam, unauthorised payments taken out after the initial purchase. Going via PayPal atm to get my £50 back. The voice is even dubbed!

Es una estafa. Compras un curso a un precio asequible y posteriormente sin previo aviso te cobran una suscripción de 49,99€. En ningún lugar constaba esta información de manera clara ni tienes opción en la web de cancelar tal suscripción. Debes enviar mail y si profundizas en la web buscando más información, especifican que seguirán cobrando hasta que ellos hayan revisado y aprobado dicha cancelación, información que nunca recibí cuando tuve el primer contacto. Denunciad en la oficina del consumidor, las quejas aquí no sirven de nada.
17/06/2024 - Si, cancelaron la suscripción pero no me devolvieron el dinero, de ahí la queja. Pasé la reclamación pertinente a mi banco y sigo esperando confirmación del reembolso.

"BUYERS BEWARE"
BUYERS BEWARE - I am very disappointed with the Service and the fact I was mislead into signing up a trial and then charged an additional 3 months. I'm in Australia and this charge is $80 per month so an additional $240 for nothing. I have tried to explain my situation and they basically said too bad!
I didn't ask for a refund on the 1-month trial as I understand thats what i signed up for. But taking an additioanl $240 and saying too bad because I didn't notice within the 30 period.
I would definitely tell your family & friends to be wary and don't sign any trials with this company unless you want to be charged a monthly subscription.
I am seeking legal advice from my Ombudsmen and taking this to Consumer Affairs.

This is an updated review for a review I posted a few days ago.
Doggy-plan is not for every dog owner. I still really do not know what their doggy-plan service offers in personalized dog training.
However, I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance I received from Emma, a customer support team member. She took the time to listen and ensure that my situation was resolved in a timely manner. I received a full refund for a subscription cost of $119.99.

If you're like me, you saw the ad on instagram etc and bought a package of training material for about £20, only to find a month later you had signed up to a £149.99 subscription.
Disgusting scam, I hope this company burns to the ground.

Scam!! As mentioned by others, do not sign up for the opportunity to view the webinar longterm. This is a scam to cheat you into paying for an ongoing subscription that you didn't know about or want. £50 pcm suddenly disappears from your bank account and the company refuses to refund the money. Shame, because there was some useful information on the webinar. I have reported to the Fraud Squad and Facebook.
Update - once I told the company that I had reported this and placed an adverse review, I am now informed that my full refund is on the way. It was worth fighting for 5 days!
