I was unaware that I signed up for an automatic renewal service 6 months ago until I was charged $120. I contacted customer service right away and they were very understanding especially considering I had never used the service and granted me a refund! I’m very pleased and thankful for there understanding of my situation.

"Charged without warning…"
I’ve just discovered that I’ve been charged $136 for an annual subscription for this service that I was not aware I signed up for. Months ago I accessed the service (from memory for a 1 off fee or a free trial which I subsequently cancelled) so I’m really surprised to have been charged today.
The video quality wasn’t great and I didn’t have time to implement the training. I’ve emailed and I’m hoping for a quick refund.
Update; I’ve had my request for a refund declined as it did not meet their criteria. To have met the criteria I would have had to have asked for my money back within 30 days of the initial purchase. I thought I was purchasing a 3 month trial for a set amount of money. I’m seeking a refund for the annual fee for which I didn’t request knowingly. I could not have asked for a refund for something I didn’t know I was even purchasing. They say it’s clearly stated but it absolutely wasn’t.
I’m really angry and will be letting all dog owners I know never to deal with this service.

I’m pleased to report that I’ve now had my refund request accepted and it’s now in my account. A hassle to go through the process of requesting it but happy with the final outcome.

SCAM! Signed up for trial, didn't have option to cancel and they charged me again and this time more than when I signed up. I wrote to them to ask for refund and to close my account but never got any reply. PLEASE BE AWARE, it's a SCAM!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL! Whatever you do! This is a complete scam as mentioned in previous posts. Charge you for a trial period and then take further payments without facilitating the option to cancel. When you contact them they just send you scripted replies which confirm clearly that this is just a scam to get your credit card and charge you insane amounts for the second month. 49.99 USD for dubbed videos is just insane. And the fact that others are charged different amounts is also ridiculous. They whole process is set up to trick consumers into paying for further payments. Rather than providing a valued product, this product is just into the business of taking money.

I did not ever sign up for this scam of a program but they still took money from my account? How? How did they even get access to my bank info? When adopting my dog i was asked if i wanted insurance which I absolutely denied. Requested a full refund and was denied. Hell, I don't even know login info to cancel whatever subscription I was unwillingly and unknowingly signed up for. Lawyers are gonna love this! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Contacting FTC than contacting my lawyer.
