Poor post purchase experience with CHANDIGARH staff. Its been 6 months and they haven’t transferred the RC. The guy incharge Nikhil Saddi had told us to wait 90 days(which was a lie) and its way beyond the given time frame and he has stopped answering my calls now. I have written to the owner in Linkedin and 2 weeks have been passed and yet no answer from no one.

I recently purchased a car from Spinny Hub, Gaur City, and while the buying process seemed promising, my experience with the post-sales service has been extremely disappointing.
The delivery process was delayed significantly, and I received my car only after 9 PM. Initially, my Relationship Manager (RM), Rahul, was handling the delivery, but he left before the process was completed. Another team member, whose name I do not recall, ultimately handed over the car.
Upon delivery, I immediately noticed that one of the headlights was internally damaged and had water inside. Additionally, the clutch was unusually hard. When I raised these concerns, I was assured that the issues would be resolved, and I was asked to take the car to their authorized workshop, Rana Motors.
The next morning, I visited Rana Motors(their workshop)and spent nearly six hours there. However, only the clutch wire was replaced, and the clutch hardness issue remained unresolved. Furthermore, upon closer inspection, I noticed that three of the car’s tires had visible tears and cracks. I reported this to the team, who recorded videos and assured me that my complaint had been submitted. Despite their claim that the tires had more than 70% life remaining, I received no resolution and had to replace all three tires at my own expense.
As for the headlight issue, Spinny’s social media team repeatedly contacted me, instructing me to visit the workshop for a resolution. On February 8, 2025, I once again visited Rana Motors and spent another seven hours there. Despite being told that the headlight replacement had already been approved, the workshop team kept saying they were still awaiting approval. No clear communication was provided regarding the next steps, leaving me in complete uncertainty.
This entire experience has been mentally exhausting. The lack of accountability and the endless follow-ups required to get even the most basic post-sales support is frustrating. I strongly advise prospective buyers to think carefully about Spinny’s after-sales service before making a purchase. If you value seamless post-sales support, be prepared for potential challenges ahead.

"My Horrible Experience with Spinny"
I feel compelled to share my frustrating and deeply disappointing experience with Spinny to warn others about their poor service, lack of professionalism, and outright negligence.
Major Issues After Purchase
Since purchasing my car, I’ve raised over six tickets(IDs ending in 120, 502, 473, 169, and 734). Despite escalating the issues multiple times, Spinny's response has been delayed, unhelpful, and far from professional. Here are just a few of the problems I’ve faced:
5-Day Replacement Guarantee Not Honored:
I raised a request for return/replacement within the first two days of purchase, but Spinny contacted me only after six days, conveniently making me ineligible for the replacement.
Damage Caused by Spinny’s Team:
When I finally got my car back from their partner service center after numerous complaints, I was shocked to find:
Right-side mirror broken
Left bumper improperly secured and popping out
Steering locks malfunctioning
Rear boot door making noise
Unusual battery leakage
Safety Concerns on the Highway:
On three separate occasions, the car broke down while I was traveling with my family. The vehicle simply refused to start, leaving us stranded on the highway for over two hours until local passersby helped us push-start the car. These incidents raised serious doubts about the reliability of the vehicle Spinny sold me.
PATHETIC Customer Service
Spinny’s customer support is unresponsive and outright useless. Despite multiple calls, emails, and escalations, they have done NOTHING to resolve these problems. Their lack of accountability is alarming, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable.

"NO SOLUTION FROM SPINNY"
Dear spinny,
I have a booking for the Kia Seltos Petrol DCT GTX Plus Automatic and the July 1st week of 2024. through the dealer SPINNY (Vijaya Mall, Chennai).
The car looks interior, exterior well maintained, but when I took it from Spinny, I faced the many issues of a car, I raised more than complaints in Spinny App & Customer support also.
They never ever consider my request, they are still trying to skip my issues. I spent a lot of money on this car.
I raised the complaint in the app but Experience Manager Mr.Brijith is not listening to my word. I'll explain the complaints list out,
1. Low AC cooling problem (I went to KIA service centre, they replaced compressor)
2. Clutch jerking and mileage issues (I went to KIA service centre, they replaced dual clutch and spare parts)
3. Wheel alignment issue (I went to local wheel alignment service centre, they checked & solved the issue) Spinny only paid this amount to me
4. Hard steering wheel (Not resolved)
5. KIA Connect disconnects from the old owner ( I raised many times this complaint to Mr.Birijith & Mohan raj) But no use?

i bought Tata safari i am getting engine oil indication in car and central lock not working properly, i raise issue ticket no one attending that and directly closing the ticket, just 01 month before I purchased car. Regiously im following up with them.

"Sold an accident Vehicle with fake records and concealing facts."
I purchased a Hyundai Santro Xing from Spinny hub, Mantri Mall, Bangalore, having Karnataka registration number. Shockingly, when I visited Hyundai Service center, I was told that the vehicle number does not match with the Engine/Chasis number. The Engine number on my car matches with a vehicle registered in Uttar Pradesh. I immediately raised a complaint with spinny team and also visited the spinny hub at Mantri Mall. I also contacted their escalation manager Shakib, but till now there is no resolution. It is clearly understood that Spinny sold me an accidental vehicle, or changed the engine/registration. I am going to sue Spinny for this Fraud. My advice to all prospective purchasers of Spinny Cars 'If you buy a car from Spinny, be sure to completely check the vehicle history (they are masters in generating fake histories though), accident records, Chasis Number, Engine number with the RTO.

I wanted to sell my Chevrolet Sail 1.2 LS ABS, which had clocked 34000 kms. Post enquiring on Spinny website, I was given an auto quote between 2.32 lakhs and 2.92 lakhs.
I booked for an onsite evaluation the following day. Few points to be noted. The evaluator came in 30 minutes late. I did not mind as I was working from home. He thoroughly checked the car and took the car with me in the passenger seat for a test drive. This took almost 30 minutes. He said I would receive a quote in a couple of hours. I did not receive the quote on that day, but after 24 hours. I was surprised to see that Spinny had quoted 1.23 lakhs for the car. Subsequently, the price kept increasing by a few thousands in the next few days, until I told them that I was not interested in dealing with them. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I had planned to purchase a car from them, but now I plan to go for a new one after selling it to a dealer for an exchange offer.
