Hi I'm Vinod, purchased Datsun Go Plus for 3 lakhs on 24th November 2019, in Vega City Mall, "Spinny Car hub"sales rep Mr.Ajay was kind in explaining all the regulations of the company; 5days return policy and 1 year service warranty really impressed me.
Once the vehicle was delivered with 3 days I called up the service team with issues, they convinced me in getting the work done as a result 5days return policy got elapsed. Later took the vehicle to service center, few minor work was done, post which I took vehicle for a 200km drive, I cudnt enjoy my drive as their wasn't pick up n the mileage dropped, with full AC I was sweating, shock absorbers dint give that comfort either.
I wasn't convinced with the spinny service center so took it to a Datsun company owned service center, the technician after inspecting my vehicle informed that the clutch assembly was worn out which had to be replaced if not other components will get worn out nd mileage would drop, shock absorbers had to be replaced, within few days of purchase so many issues really shocked. Buying a car itself is dream for many, what after purchasing it seems to be a nightmare. As there was one more option of 1 year service warranty from spinny, contacted the spinny service center with above issues there wasn't proper response, they started been rude and harsh with me, also demanded 20k to get it repaired. Within one month of purchase why should I pay for the repair really sounds pathetic. I wasn't seriously comfortable driving car with so many issues so decided to return the car nd again buy another used car from spinny(hope I was too kind to them) but the price they quoted was 2,30,000 (2lakh 30 thousand) within 1month of purchase I don't know how price got reduced by 70thousand, the back end team who put me across Mr. Ashish(customer relation manager) but he couldn't rectify my issue. Now all the calls to spinny goes unanswered. Within 3days of purchase I started my complain, neither 5days return policy or 1year service warranty of the company made any difference.
As I was delivered a thrash in the form of car, you people be careful with spinny. Take time, go for multiple test drives, visit other car showrooms then go for it.
