I received an email this morning that my order had been shipped, but due to "delays" it would not arrive for another 30 days (estimated). I have contacted "Customer Service" by chat, email, and phone to discuss this delay. I really don't expect to hear back, because I think I made a huge mistake in trusting this seller. Communication has seemed weird in that the chat seems to go nowhere and the phone is answered without a company or personal name, and it goes straight to voice mail. Beware of this seller. I will leave a positive review if I get some answers. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

Wrong design on the mug and also not even customized with the name that was supposed to be on it! Paid the extra for the carrying case which didn’t come with it and it took 6weeks to get here.
I want a total refund, this is unacceptable! Ordered it on Dec 7th and received on Jan 21. Very late Christmas gift and completely not what I ordered

Great communication from the seller, tracking the package and providing updates and even letting us know about a delay that happened. It is unfortunate, but being in business, delays happen. My wife loved her new bedspread. Quality and care were given to the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the matching blanket was cute but also a little undersized. The bedspread was one background color and the blanket another. But still, Shineful did an awesome job of keeping us in the loop and when the product would ship and be ready.

"I have not received my full order"
I have not receiived my full order. I received a blanket that was a gift with my order of a quilt and shams several days ago and I have patiently been waiting for the rest of my order. When I checked the status of my order it says delivered. The rest of the order has not been delivered.
