well it is now Dec 30, 2024 and still waiting on the mounting straps that were promised! order 1137098 ordered on 11/22/24. received 12/15/24 missing straps and mounting instructions. told by customer service that they would send, still no straps!!

Maybe they will arrive by next Christmas!

Horrible is the one word I can think of. Ordered a Christmas gift in November, it’s December 30th and still never arrived. Got an email saying it was delivered, never got it. Kept getting the run around when I contacted vendor that it takes 12-15 days turn around time. Uh, well we are way past that. Thank goodness my credit card company refunded the $114 purchase. Never ever buy from this place.

Tumbler is fantastic. Love the design and quality, but it took a month to receive the shipment and it didn’t make til two days after Christmas. Disappointed it didn’t arrive in time for the big day.
