"After 2 years of bad support"

After 7 yrs od doing business the last 2 have been hell. Everything was fine fir 5 yrs but then 411 Locals wanted to rewrite my web site which they did but lost all my pictures and reviews and changed content that was incorrect and took forever to change only after I had identified a dozen times. Now it seems you can only leave a voice message and can't talk to anyone. The service is nonexistent so beware. Finally they seem to be trying time will tell

"411 "specialists"used my personal information"

I am owner of small cleaning company. Last year 411 local called me and propose a great deal. There my problems started and continue to now. They published my personal information on web page, that was for my business. Than after I spoke ower phone with many"senior specialists", decided to quit this " service". They changed information on web pages , that they created, so on my Google map and website someones phone number, not mine. I am not getting customers at all .
I contacted Google. They are working on it, just need time.
Hope ,who ever did that for me ,will be treated the same way.
Very sad. Be careful, please, before you trust to 411 local and give personal information.

Not responding. Not removing as promissed my information with wrong number. Just placed "new" positive" rewiev after mine,so looks nice again.

411 locals will continually call you until you join. They will post/publish your business on google with the wrong information. The website they create for your business will have the wrong content. 411 locals will ghost you. They provide you with many phone numbers, email address, and phone extensions so you believe there are serious about helping you. what issues you may have will be ignored. If you decide to cancel service the Reps at 411 locals will make it difficult to do so. 411 locals main goal is to get businesses to join . In no way do they care . If they can charge you for 3-6 moths they are happy. This is stated in the back ground music while waiting for a Rep on the phone .

no se dejen enganar esta compania no sirve para nada te cobran y te dicen que vas a crecer en la web y no tienes resultados,ademas el servicio al cliente es pesimo,cuando quieres cancelar te dan tremenda habladurias para seguirte cobrando,te tratan de enganar con crecimiento futurista pero la realidad es muy distinta,estuve con ellos por 4 meses y no recibi ni una llamada de ningun cliente,le doy una estrella porque no se puede dar ninguna.ahi se las dejo que tengan un buen dia.

This company is really good at taking money from your account and doing nothing for your business. Been working with them for a period of 6 months and canceled then they called me back promising a lot an after an other 6 months without a single potential call from a costumer I decided to cancel again.
Do not believe in this company they only want your money and do nothing for your business.

Es la peor Compañía de Estafadores ,te hacen esperar 6 semanas mientras según ellos construyen tu página y la publican pero no lo hacen , te muestran una que jamás aparece en Google ,luego cuando quieres cancelarlos te bajan el precio y asi te van mesiendo por un tiempo, sólo te sacan el dinero hasta que te canses y son tan sin verguenzas que si no les quieres pagar por no haber hecho nada!te amenazan con collection .
