"Customer service is horrible"

Customer service is horrible. Ive called 11 times to cancel. Either can't get anyone on phone or get people who won't help. They either put me on hold or hang up. This company is like a psycho girlfriend who won't let you breakup. Thankfully my credit card expired and they cant charge me anymore. Don't waste your money.

The only thing i don’t like is their promotional call, but I guess it’s a part of their marketing policy. The good thing is we also get calls from new customers so we can’t complain at all, haha 😆

This company never trust your advertising 4 year work with 411 local but my experience was terrible lost all our reviews for the last four years they say they are not responsible for this issue. Please don’t trust 411 local advertising. This the first time I wrote a bad review.

The callers were very incompetent. I felt like I was educating them on the phone. The calls took way too long. They are persistent. I didn't like them changing my information, and website without my approval. I was getting more charges than I was informed of. Thank god my credit card stopped an unauthorized charged, labeled "suspicious." They sold me on a money back guarantee and nothing more. I've been asking to refund the charge I didn't authorize for over a week now and they will talk you to death before you see it again. I disputed it with my credit card company instead.

It sounded good but I wasn’t convinced, but then a buddy of mine started working with them for his repair shop and was pretty happy with the service so I figured I should try it too. So far so good.

We’ve enjoyed working with 411 for a few months now for our furniture repair shop. We’ve never had an online presence before and we’re really seeing the difference that it can make. Good price to quality ratio.

Before I signed up with 411locals, I read a lot of mixed reviews. Some are really happy with the service and others said I didn’t do anything for their business. My sister and I run a beauty salon and I must say we have really seen a difference since we signed up. It took some time for them to make the website like we wanted, but it turned out great. We have more appointment requests now than ever before. Their service definitely works for us.
