after hiring 411 locals because of their lucradive no contract and reasonable pricing, I canceled due to the fact they advertised my incorrect business information, created a landing page that did not connect to my original website and had a better offer elsewhere.

after confirmation of cancelation, I was still charged for 2 months worth of work and am still being billed and told the balance will be going to collections. (519$) I have spoken with numerous representatives ensuring me my services are canceled and are still getting multiple calls from the retention team. this has been an extremely frustrating process. I do not recommend their services.
