"STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS"

This company contacted me after I posted a Kijiji ad for my side hustle. The initial sales call was going okay, and I had given them my card number but had questions I wanted to ask before they went ahead and charged me. Well, the call cuts off and they charge my card without my consent. After that, no body reached out to get the rest of my details. They took the money and that was all they cared about. I then had to put tons of effort into getting on contact with this company. 80% of the time the receptionist would put me on hold for 5-15mins and then come back and say they would have to call me back, which they never do when they say they are going to. It’s also impossible to get in contact with the customer service or anyone who has any idea what’s going on with the site they are supposedly building for you. They also constantly spam call you, hand up when you anwser, or leave 5 minute voicemails that are just dead sound, no one talking or anything. They never produced a website for me as far as I ever saw. I have called and canceled both via message and by speaking to someone. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS.

Took ownership on Google profile without permission. We went from 5 calls A-day to 0 as soon as they stole profile. Try it for over a year to cancel account. talk to 20 different people saying they will cancel my account. Account was never canceled then keep on charging. Saying that I owe ridiculous amount of money.

Indian scammers trying to sell stuff or scam. Once you say your not interested they’ll unprofessionally hang up on you.

I lost nearly 60k in revenue in 2022 due to their shady maintenance of my Google my business page which usually yields 80 percent of my revenue. I was down for several months due them taking ownership of my business listing without my knowledge and violation of Google policies my reviews would have been lost had I not gotten a hold of Google. Don't trust not a single person in this company.

Not sure how it is for other businesses but mine definitely needed this online boost that 411locals gave me. I was afraid it’ll just be another scam but thank god it wasn’t.

They don’t care about they customer.
They used me good when they I started my account after that they don’t care anymore about my account after times I released they block my account without letting me know. I don’t have a problem with the payment they just charge me or overcharged.that’s bad headache!
I worked hard to get my reviews and they just deleted my account.! I’ll give them a 0 reviews if is possible! 😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible call center full of unethical employee.
They called from a 1800 number, because it sound as many other calls that I get before I asked I Advance what service do you need, or are you offering a product? They said we're not selling just need to know if you paint, we're a company that need your service.
0k what yob you need to get done, after a few more questions to see if I fit into their requirements, they started to talk about the same bs of google first page bla bla bla bla at that moment I knew that I already lost 5 minutes of my time.
I'm looking around to drop another start at their website but I can't find where to drop a direct review.

411 locals started very well, but over time I noticed they were not consistent in their delivery of leads. The last two months they delivered nothing of value for my company. I do not recommend them.

Definitely worth it if you don’t wanna optimize your website yourself. The service isn’t quite as personable as you’d expect, but the results are there and it gives me more time to focus on my business and customers.

knew what SEO was before I signed up with 411 Locals but I didn’t really know how to build a website from scratch. Turns out they do all of it for you. Definitely happy that I decided not to DIY it. Their service is a good option in my opinion.
