6 months ago, I started a business. I needed someone to make a website. I decided to choose 411 Locals and they did a great job. They managed to put my business on Google's first page. All my questions and queries were met on time. They are just delivering great results.

my complaints are similar to the most recent, I went back with these guys after taking a brake for 3 years. They are fk 10 times worse now then ever. I had a sight already and paid for 500 dollars custom made. I told them no access only seo , they went against my wishes and made up a pathetci web page and linked my domain to it. 2 years I had this up, google ripped it all down. Their site is still up it looks like a phishing scam to google. 411 played everygame of not understanding what happen, they resent verification knowing that wasn't it. I now have spoken to google and its all the dumb dumb things these people are doing. my site has been down going on 3 months. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO LOSE ITS BUSINESS and I'm not sure how it keeps operating. UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were taken off manager 2 weeks ago and just sent me an update that thye contacted google to reverify my now new website and new google business , these clowns destroy everything they touch. lAW SUITE!!! do not use them ever!!

We have had 411 locals for a few years. SEO optimization works very well. We do not need to advertise in coupon books or Angi's list. Very reasonable as well. Only thing is they call too much to discuss your account. But they are on it!

I have been with 411 local for over 10 years and the past 2 years have been bad they lost my web site they lost all my reviews they made a new web site and as of today i don't even show up under my key words 120.00 month i pay im vary unhappy with this company they called me to day to do add words campaign they wanted $260.00 plus the 120.00 a month

I have been with 411 locals for a few years now. The first year I used them as a secondary and they did nothing. My second year I started analyzing and overlooking their services. Surprisingly they did well.. unfortunately as I can see this year seems like they either lost their engineers or something. My Google listed was suspended and I had to call to let them know. Sense then I have been given the run around. They have blamed Google for everything. My webpage has changed and looks terriable. It's been 5 months And they have still yet to get my listing back. They have promises to call me back they have shuffled me around from person to person. Crazy thing is at one point I was actually recommending them to other companys and have used them with my other buissness partners. I'm not sure what happen but they have had my listing down for my entire season. Now I look at my website and it's changed doesn't even look like a third grader created it. My other buissness I feel bad for even telling my partner to use these guys. We have had to coach them through everything. They have did more harm then good. Now they won't even respond in regards to my buissness that's listing has been down. I'm glad I've read these reviews because now I see they are at best working amateurs. My best guess is they have had a change one employees or something. I was first page Google. Took them two years or more. Yet this year they have been my worst nightmare. I should have never put my eggs in one basket. They can't even get my Google listing running. They should have been ahead of this. Again this is their job right? I have been told they will call me keep in touch and figure out the solutions yet they ruined my buissness this year. They still don't respond to my emails. They still haven't fixed my listing. Everytime I talk to them I get the same questions then the same answers and get pushed off. A entire season these people crashed my buissness. Yet I'm still paying. I still have multiple company's who I'm associated with who are all starting to run into problems. I see a lot of negative reviews all this year. The real question is what's really going on? And if you guys are actually capable of what you once we're or not? Again my website prasonryofmichigan.com looks terriable now. It's like they hade going then shut me down. Honestly I have have them so much time I can't believe they still haven't did anything. Not to mention they just let my page go to crap. I went from recovering plenty of calls having a decent webpage and being on top to them doing nothing to help me and giving me the run around al while they do t realize howany company's I use them with. Elroy has failed me 411 locals has still not resolved this issue. One month okay. But 5 months that's enough time to start a whole new listing and get on page one. I really hope they contact me and do the right thing. I wish their was a way of hiding these company's responsible for these type of things because they lost me and entire season and my buissness and not been listed on Google sense it was suspended. Maybe it's time to say good bye and find a company who actually cares about their long term customers. And maybe this is a wake up call. I've been asking myself how could this happen this can't be them this can't be the company I was telling others to use. But now I clearly see everyone else is having the same problem. And they still won't do a thing to fix anything. My other company it feels like I have to hire an employee just to coach them. This is not the company they once we're something has changed and they have failed me big time and I still have tried to give them the benefit of doubt. Whoever replys. How about putting they time and effort into fixing a problem and a listing that has been down for 5 months. Also stop blaming Google saying ur waiting on googles response it's sad this is where you guys have ended up.
