"I wish I could leave zero stars for…"

I wish I could leave zero stars for this company. This company charged me money for doing absolutely nothing to benefit my company. It told me that they would provide a service and never provided it on top of the fact day have a fake number on there website that is stopping customers from calling my actual phone number.

I enjoy my healthy business relationship with the 411 locals team! I was nervous at first, but I have come to rely on them almost exclusively for my advertisement. I still use Facebook and small local means.
411 is always ready with helpful advice and ideas.
The best part?? My business is right where I want it to be.....busy! I'm very grateful!

If I could I would give them -10 rate! They messed up my business profile. Just wanted to cancel the service and never got what they told me. My great reviews from clients that I had before I accepted this crap in my life is gone just because the sh1tty job that they do! Can’t say how disappointed I am right now!

If you don’t want your business to go bankruptcy don’t hire this company! They don’t even know what they are doing!!!! If you want to cancel they talk one hour so you can forget to cancel the service ! They don’t even know how to do the google listings, the photos that they use are sooo poor that if a customer see that you for sure are not getting any customer, the person they put to answer the phone for you it’s so unprofessional. This company is absolutely a nightmare! They should go out of business, they don’t know what they are doing!! Ridiculous!!!

"This is a really bad Company"

This is a really bad situation! The workers does not even know how to do their jobs. I have 411 locals employees call me all the time, but never solve the problems. I have spoken to management and no results. The continued to take money out of my Business account with out me knowing. Over charge and they have just went up in pricing. In 4 months of continued business with them, My business only made $200 in sales, that's two calls, but they have taken thousands from me. Always telling me to purchase more from them to make money (Leads). They have people tell me when I call them back that they are in another State, and that's crazy because they have been waiting for several hour, but 411 locals count it as a lead. Over charging my account was wrong without my permission, my team of Lawyers will be in touch

So Diego was chill and understanding it was like I was talking to my Therapist about my business concerns And I believe that my worth ethic is unmatchable I do get discouraged every now and then I’m a business owner I’m a dad of two and have one on the way And the dude that I spoke to understood that I was nervous about These services And he assured me that everything’s gonna be all right I believe it I appreciate the humbleness and the understanding this man had makes me a lot less stressed out and anxious about the situation and about my business Everybody’s gonna have a bad review we’re all human we all make mistakes and We all have bad days but I’m definitely going to give him five stars Super chill and helpful dude for real
