I spoke to several costumer service representatives today and each one of them kept asking me to reply yes. Look 411 Locals, i don’t want any problems with you messing with my money. I realize that I’m doing well enough on my own and don’t want your services so it’s been less than five (5) hours ago that you and i spoke, I’m asking you to please refund me my money and DO NOT, i can not stress it enough “DO NOT”, attempt to neither NOW or FUTURE take any money out of my account. I have not and was never told that i could not be refunded so listen to your recordings and send me my money back

terrible customer service, having an issue with my website so i called and reported the problem almost a week now and the issue is still not resolved. i wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemy.

Worst company ever. They will give you discounts when you join for the first month. Following that month you will be ripped off by paying a more for same services. Haven’t got a single customer from them for last 2 months.

"Good luck canceling"
Just got off the phone, 47 minutes of can I cancel please and he kept trying to convince me to stay eventually telling me that he will give me 24 hours to think about it and he will call tomorrow. I recorded the call because I was in disbelief, I even said “with other companies it takes me about 5-10 minutes to cancel and we’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and I can’t cancel” he said “ doesn’t that set us apart from the rest and shows how much we care about getting you the best deal” can’t make this stuff up. 0 stars
