411 are the worst advertising company they are a fraud the worst experience I have had I been trying to cancel my service with them they ignore my request and keep charging my account they charge you for a bad service it is scamer company I do not recommend it

I have been using 411 locals for 10 years and they are not expensive and they keep me up there in google. Very happy.
They are honest and hard working. It doesn't matter the accent they do an inexpensive and good consistant job.

I wish I had listened to my gut when I took the first phone call. I have spent HOURS on the phone with representatives of 411 locals who barely speak english, much less clearly. I have told multiple people about my company. How I am different from other plumbing companies. But they don't listen. I have told them the area I work in (not the area I reside in) Yet they continued to market me for services I didn't offer in areas that I don't service. I have not received one single call from their advertising since starting in April. But upon Cancellation, you can bet they pro rated and charged me for the false advertisement in areas outside of our service area.
Don't sign up with them. Don't give them your money!

Hola está agencia es súper mala primero me dicen que solo me van a cobrar 49.99 y luego que los pago me dicen que si yo no quiero seguir con ellos que no me van a cobrar ningún otro mes ni ningún cargo por porque es sin contrato y resulta cuando ya hablo con ellos porque no quiero seguir me quieren cobrar 195.00 de fee Dicen que por los meses anteriores cuando se supone que yo debo estar de acuerdo con eso y no firme nada absolutamente nada que dijera que yo iba. A seguir por los próximos meses creo es mucha falta de respeto a mi persona y nunca di mi consentimiento para que me sacaran ningún otro monto de mi tarjeta excepto el único mes que pague los 49.99
