Worst scam company ever be aware of this company they are middle marketing Small businesses for outrageous fees! don't do it

This is a mafia did business with them for about 5 years but when I wanted to leave they harassed me to no end duplicated my gmb which caused problems with Google as well as fake reviews STAY AWAY

This company may well have been one of the single worst decisions of my business. After five years I have parted ways with them knowing that many of the jobs they were hired to do for me and claimed they were doing well, were areas of my Internet advertising that they had no access to. Actually, the only wonderful thing this company does is hound you for payment and make it extremely difficult to quit their services. Most of the design jobs they completed for me were pulled down and redone by myself or other companies I had to hire and after assessing my placement on the Internet search engines, affective SEO was not being accomplished either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

"They absolutely lie to you"

They absolutely lie to you, they won't leave you alone when you ask them to they absolutely harass the crap out of you. Nobody can speak any English hardly ever. The managers don't give a crap and they stand up more for their employees and they do for their client. They think they're all that and they're amazing which they aren't there are the opposite of the spectrum I honestly wish this business would shut down because they take your money and it's way too much for what they're doing is a crappy crappy company.

411 locals will lie to you and not do what they say that they will do. I signed on with them with the understanding that they will be making sure that I would be getting calls from customers within 7 days after I signed up . they took my money for 2 months and I did not see nothing from them so as A Big WARNING if you want good service that you pay for do not use 411 locals

"I've had a terrible experience with…"

I've had a terrible experience with this company. After several months, I tried to cancel. They wouldn't let me. Daily harassing phone calls, threats of reporting to credit. I sent emails to them, told them for almost 3 months to finally get them to quit calling me. I'm sure they will report to credit/sell account to collection agency. I won't pay. Everything they say I owe them is for services after I sent the cancellation effective date. I did not authorize. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Also, I never received 1 call for business. Not even 1. They didn't respond to my edit requests, took more than a month to make the changes, but still never got it right.

"I ended up having the account closed"

I ended up having the account closed. First conversation with them resulted in great things to be accomplished; however, when it was time for business, the service was very slow and lasted additional 4 months for a basic website 5 pages, communication bouncing between different customer service reps and none were updated of what the previous tried to help with; they state they tried contacting me by phone, when an email adress was also provided and all of a sudden, cancelled the website; now they ask for additional $75 to reactivate it and do not admit their share of responsibility.
Not recommending their services, they are not specialized in one specific area, but rather trying to keep up with the market.

Stay far away from these scammers.
They don't help you. You can do it yourself with better results.
Failed miserably and now 2 years later( after canceling) they are coming back say I owe them money!
I cancelled service they called back begging for second chance, within a week i cancelled again because they couldn't do the simplest of tasks.
Left gand and right don't communicate!
I got my google rating up on my own faster and with no costs to me!!
Then they want to hijack your google lusting if you don't continue to use their service
Again stay far away.

"6 STARS for 411 Locals"

If could, I would give to them at least 6 STARS. I konw, it sounds like a cliche, but this is the best way to describe my experience with 411 Locals. I found them vert easy to communicate with, no matter via phone or email. But the most important is that they did a great job for me and they provided a great support for my local business. The local seo they ensured for me has led to real cool results, results I am happy to have.

"Wait Until You Try to Cancel!"

Several years ago I decided that I needed some assistance in improving my position for Google® searches seeking the services my small business provides from Houston, TX. A gentleman with an accent convinced me that 411 Locals (411) could make it happen. Much to my wife’s chagrin, I paid ‘three-figures’ monthly (in advance – auto payment). I did see some improvement to Page One and the number of ‘clicks’ also improved.

More recently, however, my visitor count to my website plateaued. After a few months I decided to cancel services with 411 via telephone, and email replies to those at 411 tried to retain my account. Quickly, I was barraged with calls from 411 personnel and several emails and each time I told them I cancelled their service and would appreciate no further contact about how “great we are.” The final (I hope) phone call came yesterday afternoon, March 20, 2019, and I couldn’t have made my decision more clearly. Later, an email came that said, in part, “You are also acknowledging the following services were provided by 411 Locals and will be eliminated as requested:
• Company profile in Google and Google +
• Domain name and Professional Marketing Website
• YouTube Marketing Video
• Company profile from over 150 of the leading online directories.”

So, what you are saying is that all that I’ve paid for over the years, 411 is going to proactively remove? I PAID FOR THOSE SERVICES! Sure enough, within 24 hours my YouTube video was gone from my website and I’ve yet to discover what else they may have done. I have legal proceedings beginning.

At some point, for some reason, everyone will cancel, and 411 is happy to remove anything, and everything related from one’s website for which I paid almost $2,000 annually?! Look at their Home Page and see the client reviews. It’s been almost two years without a comment (as of this writing)! No one is motivated to leave a positive review, or are there none? Negative reviews have been read, but never posted?

I would leave zero ‘stars’ if possible! - BWC
