"Useless slow system"

Useless slow system. How on earth it takes over 2 months to print and provide a report is beyond ridiculous. Started the adoption process and this has held us up and now unable to progress. Do they realise how much these delays impact peoples lives. It’s still waiting to be printed after it was completed 2 weeks ago. Disgusting service.

"Poor Customer service"

Customer service is full of arrogant people. They don’t want to deal with you. I had to call over and over again just for a basic password reset that was going wrong from their system, system which by the way works very hard and it’s full of errors. I finally got to speak to a wonderful lady who I felt was actually engaged in helping me out, so the 2 stars are just for her. There are good people out there, just very rare.

HOW can these be reported and jailed??? How much money they stole from people?
Totally fed up that nobody does anything against these scammers and they are registered on companies house as a legitimate company - how????

Scammer!!! This company is a scam. Please don't use. I paid them £88 for DBS check and they never got back to me. For DBS check visit the official UK government website to get a genuine link. DBS CHECK ONLINE is a scam. I contacted my bank to get my money bank.

I have just written to their managing director THIS IS A SCAM ... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ... IF YOU ARE IN SCOTLAND USE DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND AND IF YOU ARE IN ENGLAND ASK DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND IF THEY CAN DO YOUR DISCLOSURE FOR YOU. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS ... DO NOT USE DBS LIVERPOOL RUN BY ERIC ROBINSON. IF YOU GET SCAMMED AND LOSE MONEY, TRY TO STOP THE PAYMENT AT YOUR BANK, REPORT TO THE POLICE, WRITE AN EMAIL TO THEIR COMPLAINTS EMAIL AND CC IN YOUR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT, YOUR LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS/CITIZENS ADVICE FOR CONSUMERS, AND THE HOME OFFICE. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS IS TO SHOUT LOUDLY ABOUT IT.

POST SCRIPT ... DBS IN ENGLAND HAS BEEN CLONED, THE CLONED DBS USES A FALSE SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR SUPPORT TRUST PILOT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU WHAT THAT IS.

TRADING STANDARDS ARE HANDLING THIS PLEASE CONTACT THEM ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE. ALSO CONTACT THE HOME OFFICE TO ASK WHY .GOV SERVICES ARE NOT SECURE

Disgusting and shambles of an experience, the public are paying for the service. They wonder why the health service is on its knees when you have to wait over 2 months without being in work. Honestly an absolute shambles of a service.

Again, another frustrated and stressed customer. Applied for basic DBS on line, uploaded my passport and utility bill, as requested, was charged £73 for initial application and £13.20 for privilege of uploading my documents. Took my money then received emails saying ‘upload documents’ and requesting another payment. Impossible to talk to anyone. Want to start my new job, I need to money to pay the gas bill after all, but no DBS certificate, no job. This government has ruined this country.

If I could have given less then one star I wold, the most disgusting and useless service ever but hey this is the uk where you pay tex and give salery to this people and in change whan you aspect a decent service you have to face the worst you can find if looked on service provider in any other country

Worst company I’ve used for DBS checks.

Paid on Thursday 6th Oct for Urgent @ £108 for fast service - I was still waiting to the 11th Oct and I then requested a refund.

I then told ‘ We regret to inform you that you are not eligible for a refund as we have begun processing or processed the service to you which we charge the fee for’

I am still waiting on a reply to my email on 14th Oct…. Complete joke stay clear.
