Bought online for a christmas party and my package is missing the dress I was going to wear! I wrote to them, nothing, called them, nothing! I want my money back for the dress at least! Their online and phone customer service is trash, I feel scammed.

Love your products but you need a better return policy, I bought something as a gift and by the time it was delivered and she had time to pick up she could no longer exchange it for a smaller size. It was new with tags still on. It was one day after you said she could return it. I won’t be shopping at your online stores anymore.

Very disappointed with the quality of this shirt. It looks like thick cotton on the website but is actually thin linen like fabric and the color is not as depicted as well. And I waited too long to return it, (3 weeks) so I lost $46.87.

Quality clothes hands down, but for the price of the clothes the return policy does not have a flexible enough timeline for my schedule to make returns. I’m stuck with expensive clothes I’ll never wear.

I LOVE your clothes fit myself as well as my girls… HOWEVER i wish you had a longer return policy like most stores. 30 days would be nice, especially for gift giving. That’s the only reason I hesitate buying in some cases in advance because of your 21 day return.
