Terrible experience. I never heard of this site until I saw an ad on Pinterest where they promised overstock Anthropologie clothes. I placed my order on Sep 4th. Received a confirmation email. Few days later I emailed them regarding shipment. They said to wait. Finally got shipped on the 14th. They said it can take up to 20 days since it’s from China. They gave me a link which didn’t work to track it for an SBD carrier? Didn’t hear back. 3 weeks later I email them inquiring where my order. Again I can’t track the package. They said it was delivered and left in my mailbox a week prior. I never the package or received an email about it. I even checked with my local post office and they said they don’t have it . I asked for a full refund for $54 and they said they would only give me $16 back. This place is a scam. Don’t waste your money!

Walked around the entire store without one employee saying a word to us. Love the one in twin falls more then the one in the village. There is normally a sweet vibe with the employees and shoppers but this time was terrible. Makes me not want to go back

"Bohme is lacking go somewhere else"

I go to fashion place mall and all the associates are always on there phones, gossiping to each other, or taking crap on other associates. Ill walk up and ask for help and they will ask with what and say there busy, they don't know go ask someone else. when anyone walks in we get greeted at the door but the associates feel no shame being off tasks as customers walk by and look at them they will continue it is very uninviting and no one is ever by the registers i will wait 10 mins before getting help. its always been 2 girls working like crazy doing everyone jobs and 2-4 girls slacking and doing nothing. so i stopped coming in. I started to shop online and the models do not represent what a person would look like in the outfits. and on top of that I have had to return 3 dresses due to manufacturing errors of them coming apart from the seams when it arrives in the package.

I love Bohme! Shopping is easy in the store. Shopping online is easy. Just wish prices were a bit better. It's expensive. . .but really great quality.

The dress I ordered was pretty but it didn’t fit. It’s the return process I found unpleasant. There is a restocking fee and a third party deals with returns. Took a long time for credit to my account. Think your merchandise is nice just won’t order again based on return.
*** Following reply…Maybe I misunderstood. I thought my only option for no restocking fee was to exchange the item, not a return. I based my review about third party returns on info in my packaging & figured that is why it took SO long. I’ve never waited so long for an in house return. Nevertheless, dress didn’t fit me. If you live near one of their retail locations give them a try. Pretty clothes.
