The sales girl was super patient and helpful. The dress I wanted was only available at another location so she called and helped me purchase it there to make sure I could get the dress! I am Loving the dress and will shop at Bohme again!!

When items were posted online, several were out of stock. No receipts in packages of received merchandise. Would have been much easier if directions for returning merchandise that didn’t fit was included in package with return label. Love your selection of products but too difficult to get and return merchandise.

I have been stuck with a gift card for months not being able to get my money back from a purchase that was made in April (because of stupid store credit policy that has since been discontinued). I have not been able to find anything that I like and want to keep. Just frustrated about the back and forth on their return policy and wish I never purchased anything in the first place.

Sizing was all wrong. Everything I purchased was way too short! Does not accept returns..I was extremely disappointed. I purchased over 250 dollars worth of worthless clothes..

Every so often I find gems in this store. I am a size XL, so I appreciate when you actually carry clothing in that size. I will say though, I am disappointed with how little modest options there are now. There used to be a lot more, and now it's hard to find much.

"Horrible return policy"

I spent approximately $400 with your company. The dresses were for my granddaughters wedding. My husband and I got COVID and were unable to attend. Obviously I needed to return the dresses. I took them to a store and they would not refund to my credit card. They would only give me store credit. My daughter used most of the credit and I ordered one dress online for myself. The dress came, I didn’t like it and went to the store to return it. They couldn’t locate my order, either by email or phone. The store manager told me, “I can’t help you.” The dress was in its original mail packaging with tags on, my name and address on the mailing label. I couldn’t use the dress so I left it with the store.
I will never shop at Bohme again! I have never encountered a return policy like this…the worst in retailing.
