"Avoid DISCOVER ACCESS"
Avoid, Avoid and dont waste your time or money!!
If its too good to be true, it probably is.
Absolutely pathetic company. They are not registered with companies House under the DISCOVER ACCESS name. Wasted an hour with the salesman, interrupted the sales chap at this point and said you haven't given me a price of the membership and you are wasting my holiday time. Said I'm off, he replied it would be another hour yet!!! No thank you
Don't be fooled by them, the first free holiday they offer costs £1200 which is more than we paid for the holiday we had already booked.

"Scam! File a Police report in Malta"
This is the worst scam going.
The first person outside our hotel asked us if we're English (they are only targeting English people). They took us to an old run down hotel, Riza Club Hotel, to take a photo and post it on social media for some free bus tickets.
They then spent 3hrs coercing us into signing into the "club" for a year.
We felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave but kept on distracting us.
We didn't pay any cash up front as we refused. They asked for our bank details instead and we said we didn't have our bank cards with us at the time. They said pay us when you return to the UK.
We have sent them an email to exit this within a 14day cooling off period and also gone to Mosta to file a Police report.
I strongly suggest anyone else who is caught out also files a Police report in Malta!!

"AVOID!!!"
AVOID Got conned into this and have had nothing but grief ever since. Took our free week in Malta, had welcome meeting to ask us to upgrade our contract, more money, obviously didn’t. A month after getting back managed to log in to rubbish website only to find we couldn’t open webpage, says invalid and doesn’t exist! Absolutely furious. Has anyone gotten any legal advice about this ? Love to hear.

"Works for us"
We signed up with Discover access whilst on holiday in Malta in Jan 2019.
We commenced our one year membership with our free week in Nov 2019 and actually added a 2nd week which was at a very reasonable cost (late break). We stayed at the Preluna with a superb apartment overlooking the sea in Sliema.
We followed this with two UK breaks at beautiful apartments in Aviemore (Jan 20) and the Lake District (Feb 20) before Covid stopped everything in March.
We were supposed to go touring in America in May and had a week booked through DA in Sedona AZ and thought we may lose our money.
DA contacted us (so didn't have to chase) and asked if we would like them to cancel and credit our money back which we did.
As our membership was due to run out in November and Covid had stopped us using it to the full they have extended our membership for free until August 2021 which we thought was excellent gesture from them.
Our next trip is to Cornwall for Xmas, looking forward to it as have really missed holidays.
If you like to travel whether at home or abroad (lots of countries available) and get excellent self catering accommodation at a bargain cost its a good company in my view. We are compulsive travellers and don't mind sorting our own flights. transfers, etc so get good value.
Looking forward to some abroad holidays next year.
Really surprised at some of the negative reviews, I haven't found any problems we get exactly what we signed up for.

"Initial salesman on street with scratchcard saying for Maltese tourist board."
Went to meeting told was holiday club.Another name for none used timeshare.Told at meeting after signing for five year term was given another year alledgely free. This not the case as after taking half the payment as not able to take full amount on the day.The five year has cooling off cancellation BUT the one year so called FREE not able to cancel so then costs the half fee of five years. Also tell you can get cheaper flights not true on my first try with them.Cannot access site until had first welcome week. Although had first meeting to get roped in.Now have to also have meeting at welcome week to listen to more lies or pay for week if not turn up.Personally would leave alone.

"Worse than timeshare!"
Worse than timeshare. Borderline legal. Preying on pensioners for quick cash. Offering services they cannot provide and cheerfully unrepentant. Run, avoid, say no.
