"Loan process was quick and easy but accounting had a hitch"

Loan process was quick and easy with friendly people.That was great. We have used them with other purchases before. But when we checked our account for first automatic payment- it was too much. We had had no communication and CIT just added insurance and deducted from of our account. We would have preferred a call, email or some communication before our account was deducted from and insurance was automatically added on making the equipment double insured.
