Excellent customer journey / experience, emails and website account information contain all needed details for contacting CIT and for recording transactions (support for files). By comparison to our last equipment financing vendor, a 180 degree turnaround on the customer experience, and on a small order at that. Great follow-up and smooth hand-off of the new customer to the ongoing account manager past the initial order. Fantastic, quick and seamless coordination with the CDW account manager. I have zero improvements to request. Nicely done.
