Thank you for your consideration. Though I expected a positive outcome because I already have a business account with two Apple iPhones, one is paid off and an Apple iPad and I put over $575 down and have made monthly payments which will soon be paid off. As s loyal customer and owner of a non-profit organization (501 c4) I am sincerely trying to change and/or improve my credit. Everyone makes mistakes and we move forward and learn from them. I just got accepted (at the age of 45) into the University of San Francisco as a junior transfer student to their Sociology program. There are people with excellent credit who do not use your products. On the other hand I have poor credit BUT I am a loyal customer to Apple. Everyone has to start somewhere as I'm sure all employees with the Apple company initially did. If they were never given a chance, then the "AppleTeam" would be non existent. Just wanted to let the AppleTeam know one of their millions of loyal customers before just sending me an email denying me though I utilize your products. Have a wonderful day and as a Social Worker I want to make a difference in the world and I intend to start with the less fortunate, the ones who are judged by their past mistakes, and hope to inspire them to not give up. As I pursue my dreams, I will continue to use your products and unfortunately just be another one of your loyal customers who does not matter to the AppleTeam as I was only acknowledged by a "denial email" instead of a good customer.
