Good honest, accurate, and easy to do business with. Perhaps you "may" pay a bit more or less in terms of rates, but you'll easily save that money in simplicity and efficiency of the transaction. In the time I am still waiting for my bank to return my phone call, Direct Capital can usually review, approve, and fund my equipment financing needs-- critical for our business as we typically invest in new technology based on our client demands, not speculation. As a result, we often have to make very quick purchases on a short timeline, and so far Direct Capital has delivered every time!

"Very Dishonest"

It is sad that a company with this kind of operation is still running. I was told my interest rate is 7%. I am half way into my term come to find out I am being charged 19%. They don't place the interest rate in percentage on the contract that you sign but in a term called factor rate which is in .00378 manner so you can't catch it. This is very dishonest.

After searching around and having received all kinds of information from other lenders, businesses, banks, etc. Direct Capital handled our equipment loan. They were quick, caring, and straight forward. We applied for loan with them on Monday and our equipment vendor was paid by Thursday. Easy to contact. No fluff. The least stressful loan process I have ever been through. Would def use them again.

Was told that the interest rate would be 4.5% on a machine that we purchased. Took them at their word, signed the paper work. We have now learned that the interest rate is 19% and even if we pay off the machine we have to pay all the interest for the full term.
