I even happy to give below one, if there is a way to provide that rating. This is like you are trapped and they thretten you that you need to pay the amount even if you dont use the service from the company that you sign up. I really fed up. Please think multiple time when you sign up anything that use this company.

£50 to set up the direct debit in the first place, and then when you cancel, they require one month's notice, so they can rob you of an extra months fees.
I will not join another gym that uses this company after I finish with my current gym. Avoid if possible.

I can only echo the frustrations of previous reviewers.
We cancelled a membership with a martial arts organisation that my daughter went to for several years. We were considering returning to this organisation when my son is a little older as the actual martial arts club was ace. However, having to deal with ‘Simply Collect’ are putting me off as I don’t want them to have my details again.
We cancelled months ago and they continue to keep hounding my wife to ‘contact them urgently’ - I have contacted them twice already!
Don’t know who this company are, or under what law they operate however they are terrible.
If you are having issues with Simply Collect - please rest assured, you’re not alone.

I was in a situation where I needed to spend some time with my family abroad, I emailed them and a kind person rang me to discuss my issues and arranged for the account to be put on hold until I can go back to training.

Sadly, the company does very little to understand or try and comprehend customer situations. Their correspondence is not only poor but when asking genuine questions they fail to not only answer them but will just send generic e-Mails. I cancelled a membership verbally over the phone with a colleague of this company, at a gym I’d no longer be using. Yet they still hounded me for charges. When emailing a particular person they not only failed to answer, but another reminder was sent a month later while adding a charge. They perform their function to the T. Simply collect money - albeit with zero customer service or compassion.
