"Couldn't Use PayPal to Checkout, Valid promo code was rejected…"

Valid promo code was rejected repeatedly. Giftcards.com site glitchy and didn't connect or integrate with PayPal like it was supposed to. Paying through PayPal was declined.. I finally gave up and paid in a different way losing my 10% discount just to get it over with.
UPDATE :
Changed my review to 5 stars because of the absolute stellar customer service! I was not only reimbursed for the 10% discount I couldn't get to work. I was given an additional $$ to boot in the form of a generous egift card. I highly recommend this site! They take the customer experience seriously! Thanks so much for turning my frustration into satisfaction!
