I am just writing to ask if the organization is a scam. I was given a gift card, but have been unable to use it anywhere for months. So did someone spend $150 for nothing? Your rating on TrustPilot makes me think your company is a scam. I just tried to use the card in the U.S. on an Amazon (one of several failed attempts to use the card).

After I ordered and it said I should have the card sent via text in 15 minutes.
At the moment I'm writing this review the time is 11:42 pm on June 30,2024 and I still have not received the card.
