i have a card my wife tried to use and it says its not a valid card. Its a $250.00 card and I use them for customer appreciation and would be embarrassed if I hand them a card that does not work.

**The company sent a second card and it arrived very quickly. Grandson was already away so that really didn’t help him. They were prompt in the response and process.

Gift cards won’t redeem. Customer service decides your case is resolved with you lose every cent paid for the gift cards. Appears to be a MEGA SCAM. If there ever was a great case for a class action lawsuit this is it.
