I was unable to use my gift card and the refused a refund - tried to update after deadline because of no inter access in Texas after a hurricane.

I placed an order and was very excited about this cool gift idea. I did not get a confirmation email with the correct info, so I sent an email to the company if they can please verify that the address is correct. Instead of getting a normal reply, I get an automated looking reply that my order was canceled. And when I responded that I never wanted to cancel my order, I didn't get a clear reply. Before I know it, I get another email that my order is on the way, when I contact the company once again (!) they told me that 'once a refund or cancelation is requested we are unable to stop the shipment. If the cards are received, we kindly encourage you to dispose of the cards since it has been voided.' This is a gift for someone and I have no idea what and if it will arrive. And keep in mind that I had emailed then MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER to confirm the address.

Purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately, the code does not work and requires further information to be sent to google.

You can't add it to your wallet and do Google Pay or Apple Pay. What kind of virtual Visa card is it. I understand a store gift card but this is a Visa card. I would never recommend this to anyone.
