"Poor customer service"
The wrong card was ordered and we immediately emailed customer service to cancel and get a refund. However, customer service kept asking us for information we had already provided. This went on for two weeks. Although we kept providing the same information they were asking for, we continued to get emails asking for more information or that the case has been resolved, stating that we never responded to their email. On our last attempt, we got an email saying that you do not cancel or give refunds once the card has been processed. The problem is we immediately reached out to customer service after the order was placed but because they kept stalling by sending us emails asking for more information, two weeks went by before we got the response about refunds. Very disappointing. We have spent a lot of money with your organization and feel that we were treated unfairly.

I’m not able to use it… I’m incredibly upset about this. I can’t even use this. It clearly states it’s accepted everywhere MasterCard Visa is, but it tells me no it won’t work. I just wasted my time and money dealing with this.. never again..

Takes way too long to recieve the item. Also, the site does not give you the ability to directly track the shipping process of the item. It does not provide the specific tracking number which is frustrating and worrisome.
