Purchased a visa egiftcard for my girlfriend. And she has tried to use it a handful of times on different apps/online stores and it is declined everytime. When i went to check the balance and/or activate it on there website it keeps saying that the card doesnt exist. First time using giftcards.com and will be the last if i cant get this resolved asap!

Eh. I tried messaging a few times on Instagram to ask a question. I just got a bot. There is no confirmation if the GC was received, already used, or opened. Just “processed.” I need to request a refund. I’m left here wondering, and if the cards had not been used, then I would like to retract those purchases.
** Update: I previously mentioned the invoice, or "order" number, in my initial review because there was an optional field for it.
However, it seems to have disappeared, and now I'm being requested to confirm my details again through email. My information is already accessible on all your online platforms, including Instagram. I'm exerting extra effort to repeatedly provide everything instead of investigating where the data ends up.

I wanted my purchase canceled and havent been contacted about it being canceled. They didn’t tell me I couldn’t send the virtual Visa cards to Nigeria they need to let us know that before purchasing. So I want my money back.
